James has similarly worked for Barclays Capital in London and JP Morgan Chase. Prior to his professional experience in London he worked for the Central Bank of Zambia in Bank supervision. He is currently Board member for the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) board.

A Transformational leader with over 30 years experience in banking and finance. She joined Finance Bank in 2011 as Executive Director Corporate, Retail and Marketing in which period she re-positioned the bank to the top five overall in PAT and balance sheet size. Subsequently, as Country Head Retail and Business Banking, she played a pivotal role in the successful merger of Finance Bank and BancABC which now is operating as Atlas Mara. Prior to this, Helen worked for Barclays for 27 years with her last role being Emerging Markets Head. She holds a Master of Science in Strategic Planning, Master of Business Administration, both from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services from the University of Manchester.

Prior to joining Barclays, Betsy worked for Stanbic Bank Zambia in various roles in; Corporate Banking, Retail & Business Banking and Credit Support for close to 4 years.

Chresta is a seasoned financial management and risk management expert with extensive experience establishing and managing risk management functions in the banking sector having set up enterprise risk management frameworks and functions for First Capital Bank where he worked for slightly over a year and Cavmont Bank where he worked for four years. Before joining Cavmont Bank, Chresta worked for First National Bank in Treasury Operations before taking on the responsibility of establishing and managing the Risk and Finance function in the Treasury department.
Chresta is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA) with an MSc in Strategic Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, an MSc in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wales and a BSc in Production Management from the Copperbelt University in Zambia.

Otis Zulu joined BancABC in 2013 from Ecobank, where he worked as Senior IT Audit Manager from 2010. During his time at Ecobank, he was responsible for Information Systems audits across the Ecobank Transnational Inc. (ETI) network. He previously worked for Citibank for over 10 years, where he held various positions, including Country Head of Internal Controls and Business Information Security Officer.

Eric is a seasoned Marketing & Communications professional with over twenty (20) years practical experience in building and transforming brands. Prior to joining Atlas Mara Eric was Head of Marketing at Barclays Bank Zambia for eight (8) years responsible for all aspects of Marketing. He also spent four (4) years at Celtel Zambia Ltd (now Airtel) in various marketing roles which included Brand Management, Operations and as Northern Region Marketing Manager. Eric holds an MBA in International Business from Edith Cowan University and a Degree in Economics with a minor in Marketing from the University of Miami, FL. He is a fellow of the Zambia Institute of Marketing.

Previously Head of Legal and Compliance at Barclays Bank Zambia Plc. Bona worked as Senior Legal Officer at Bank of Zambia where he was responsible for drafting a number of banking laws and regulations. Bona brings strong leadership skills with over 27 years experience at the Zambian Bar and a wealth of experience in banking, M&A litigation and governance. A new joiner to the leadership team he is in charge of the Legal and Compliance Function and will oversee the setting up a fraud and investigation team.

Teza is a sound Retail banker with over 14 years’ experience spanning risk management, operations, sales and governance and digital innovation. Prior to joining Atlas Mara, he served as chief Digital Banking Officer and was instrumental in reshaping Zanaco `s digital strategy. He also served as Retail Banking Head at Zanaco
Teza has also worked for Standard Chartered Bank Zambia in various retail banking roles and also gained international experience from Standard Chartered Tanzania as General Manager Distribution and Standard Chartered Singapore where he served Group Distribution Transformation Manager.

Bobbline is Chartered Accountant with 21 years experience in the energy sector, banking sector and professional services. Prior to joining Atlas Mara he was Finance Director for CEC Africa Investments Limited, a company quoted on LUSE. He also served CEC Plc as a director responsible for group financial reporting, responsible for financial reporting and tax compliance for related group companies numbering 15.
Bobbline spent seven and half years at Barclays Bank Zambia, his last position was Head of Business Performance and Analytics. He also spent seven and half years at Deloitte & Touche Zambia as an audit Manager and Principal Financial management consultant. He is a double Masters holder with a general MBA and an MSc in Strategic Planning both with distinction from the Heriot Watt University of Scotland

Last signature assignment was Human Resource Director at Vodafone Zambia where he was instrumental from start to launch, in the Company becoming the most profitable telecom within 8 months of launch. Before that Joseph was Group Head of Human Resource Business Partnering at Focus Iron Clad Group. Previously he had held HR senior management roles with MTZ Zambia, Barclays Bank Zambia and Zoona.
Joseph holds a Bachelors Degree from University of Zambia in Clinical/Industrial and Organizational Psychology as well as a MSc in Strategic Human Resources from Heriott Watt University.

Isaiah G Chindumba is a Financial Services Professional with over 30 years of banking experience. He previously worked for Citibank Zambia Ltd in various capacities for 23 years until 2008. In 2009 he moved to Rwanda where he took up the Chief Operating Officer role at (BCR) now I&M Bank Rwanda Ltd until 2015.Upon return to Zambia he later in the year (2015) was appointed as Chief Operating Officer for Investrust Bank PLC unitl November 2017
Country Head of Information Technology, Atlas Mara Zambia
Jussab Kara is a Technology Executive with more than 22years experience. He joins the Bank from Vodafone Zambia where he served as Chief Technology & Information Officer (CTIO), he was responsible for driving the organisational technology strategy heading both the Information Technology and Networks departments, before Vodafone, he worked for MTN Zambia as the Executive responsible for the Information Technology for close to 5years, driving customer experience, service/system stability, cost optimization amongst many other strategic elements to eventually pushed MTN Zambia to be the desired number1 operator amongst the 22. Before MTN he worked for Airtel Zambia for 14years,where he served in various departments namely Finance, Billing, Operations, Networks, Customer Service, Commercial and Information Technology. He joined the Bank in January 2019 to drive the Technology agenda.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Postgraduate Diploma in Management, Postgraduate Certificate in Technology, Honors Degree in Computing, Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Diploma in Accounting and is Currently pursuing a Degree in Law.
